The Aspen office of the United States Forest Service wanted a trail head map for the Government Trail - a popular mountain bike, hike and horseback riding trail which traverses through seasonal elk calving areas as well as delicate private property easements. The Forest Service needed to post seasonal restrictions, make the public aware of regulations for proper trail usage and trail etiquette for this multi-use trail. Our solution was a 3'x3' sign which included a topographical map for trail directions and regulations for seasonal use.
